Terms & Conditions

J & M Environmental Control Group (J & M) will perform its professional services and judgment that it believes to be within the accepted standard of the industry. It is not improbable that certain details may be overlooked due to time limitation, access and other conditions constrains that inhibits J & M in the performance of its services. Accordingly, J & M shall not be held responsible for deficiencies, omissions, commissions and other particulars related to the services contracted hereto.

Molds and/or fungi organism are omnipresent and inherent in nature. It is highly probable that molds and related microbial organisms could remain undetected in inaccessible spaces or areas, and with the presence of appropriate conditions (e.g. water, unlighted, cellulose, etc.), these microbial organism could flourish and grow. Any or all-adverse health effects associated with molds or microbial organism could only be diagnosed or treated by a professional medical practitioner's). J & M shall not be held responsible for any or all health effects affecting tenants, staffs and the public in general. The last statement shall likewise holds true pertaining to other hazardous chemical, biological, asbestos, lead, etc.

The findings and results relating to J & M professional services as rendered shall only be applicable to the samples taken, locations sampled and on the time that these services were completed. J & M shall not be held responsible for any adverse incidents (e.g. reoccurrence of molds, etc), and/or other related issues due to change of time and conditions. J & M shall not be held liable in any way for conditions existing before and after the conclusion of its professional services as rendered.

Finally, and in addition to the above J & M assumes no liability for any injury, loss, damage or claim directly or indirectly arising from the professional services performed by J & M as contracted. These terms & condition shall be part of the contractual obligation between J & M and client.
